We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who will work directly with the CTO to build our next generation platform. This is a high impact role that has limitless growth potential alongside the company.
 
Your perfect day will include:
    • Building our core platform alongside our product team and CTO
    • Architecting the backend of the platform and ensuring that we’re building for the future.
    • Building automated processes for checking in on and guiding candidates though their career journey.

We are looking for a dedicated fellowship manager that is motivated to make a real impact in people’s lives. This role will involve close cooperation with our mentor engineers in order to help in the most effective way possible. Your perfect day will include:
  • Onboarding new fellows into the program through a standard process.
  • Checking in with fellows to identify opportunities to improve their experience and find better outcomes.
  • Responding to any specific needs fellows may have, and connecting them with resources inside and outside of the program.
  • Identifying way for us to continually improve our fellowship program, and assisting in implementing improvements.
  • Building community between fellows with events, discussions, and other methods.
  • Manage community events remotely and create innovative new ways to engage current and placed fellows.
  • Gather feedback and testimonials from placed fellows that can help us grow and improve the fellowship.
 
Skills and experience that we value:
  • Experience working with technical professionals.
  • Experience coaching, training, teaching, or working in an educational environment.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Friendly attitude and aptitude for problem solving.
